Audition Information
Auditions for the Savoyaires' 46th Annual Production, The Gondoliers, have now been scheduled:
Auditions for All Voice Parts, by Appointment
Sunday, June 13, 6 - 9 pm.
Thursday, June 17, 6 - 9 pm.

Please call (847) 830-9176 to schedule an appointment. Those who audition are asked to prepare one song in English, preferably by Gilbert & Sullivan; preparation of a second song is encouraged but not required. An accompanist will be provided.
There are roles available in The Gondoliers for nine men and seven women, in addition to a large mixed chorus. Performance dates are October 8-10 and October 14-17, at Chute Auditorium in Evanston. Music Director: Tim Semanik. Stage Director: Jim Schneider. Choreographer: Amy Uhl.
Rehearsals
Rehearsal schedules are constructed after casting so as to maximize full participation. Rehearsals generally start in mid-to-late August and typically are held on weekend afternoons and weekday evenings, with usually no more than 3 or 4 rehearsals a week for any particular person until the last couple of weeks before we open. You can always ask the director more specific schedule questions at the auditions.
